Please note that all functions are subject to the following conditions*

1. The sponsor of the function must be in attendance.
2. A ratio of one to seven is mandatory.
3. All visitors, to comply with the club’s licence conditions, must be recorded in the visitors’ book on entering the club. It is the responsibility of the sponsor of the function to ensure that this is done. Following the function, the book will be checked.
4. The sponsor of the function is responsible for the behaviour of the guests in attendance at all times, and will be held accountable for any damage that may occur during the course of the event.
5. Any decoration must be applied using ‘blu tack’ and should be removed before vacating the premises.
6. All musical / disco equipment must be removed at the close of the function.
7. The Club’s caterer must provide all catering.
8. Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
9. Any children in attendance must remain in the lower section of the lounge.
10.The use of ‘party poppers’ is not permitted.
11. A donation of £ 50.00 to cover additional costs would be appreciated.
