Dress Code, is an essential requirement by the majority of golf clubs around the world. Here at Carluke, whilst acknowledging the influence of changing fashions, we expect our members and visitiors to adhere to a few well established rules that are de rigueur at most clubs. Smart Casual clothing is required at all times,. i.e. shirts with collar and sleeves or polo neck. The following notes are meant to clarify. • Collarless or sleeveless garments are not considered as smart or casual. • Tailored shorts are permitted on the course and in the clubhouse. • Football jerseys, football shorts and football colours, are not allowed on the course or in the clubhouse. • The wearing of denim jeans whilst playing in a medal or any other official club competition is NOT PERMITTED. Social Functions Persons attending social functions should be smartly dressed.
